INSTRUCTORS: Please remind your students that the deadline to submit final exam requests for the Spring 2026 semester is Monday, April 20, at 11:59 pm.
If the Office of Disability Services will be proctoring your exam we ask that you use our secure upload site to provide us the exam, or the details of your in person online exam, at least two business days prior to the scheduled exam date.
If you would prefer to proctor the exam yourself, we have put together some guidelines for facilitating an exam with accommodations. Please reach out to our office if you have any questions.
