We have a coordinator on call 5 days a week from 8:30-4:30 to answer any questions you may have! You can reach the on call coordinator via our live chat button on the website, dropping by the office, or by calling 848-202-3111.

On call appointments are approximately 10-15 minutes long and the coordinator will be happy to address your immediate questions and concerns. If you have a more complex situation to discuss, your assigned coordinator is the best resource. In such cases, please call 848-202-3111 to schedule an appointment with your coordinator. These appointments can be done by phone, Zoom or in person- whatever is your preference.
Nychey Michel will also be available in the Graduate Student Lounge (located on College Ave, behind Panera) the first two Wednesday's of the month from 2:00pm-4:00pm. No appointment needed!
