Employment Opportunities in New Brunswick

To help coordinate our students' accommodations, the Office of Disability Services in New Brunswick employs various auxiliary staff such as office assistants, note-takers, and proctors. Listed below are currently available positions.

OFFICE ASSISTANTS

ODS is currently accepting applications for Office Assistants for Fall 2024. Office assistants must be full-time graduate students eligible to work in the United States and available for 18-20 hours per week. Click here for more information and to apply.

Note-TakerS

Note-takers are students hired by our office to supplement notes taken by a student with a disability in their class. The note-taker generally must have at least a 3.0 G.P.A, and be in good academic standing with the university. Note-takers are compensated  $210.00 for a full semester of notes. Those interested in being hired as a note-taker should fill out the note-taker application form.
