As part of Disability Awareness Month, join Rutgers Career Services for an interactive workshop designed to empower students with disabilities in their career journey. Learn about your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), how to navigate disclosure, and what to expect in interviews and the workplace. We’ll also explore the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP), a unique opportunity that connects students with disabilities to federal internships and jobs. Through real-world scenarios and practical resources, you’ll leave with the tools and confidence to advocate for yourself and succeed in the world of work. This event is part of Disability Awareness Month.
