The Rutgers Kinesiology & Health Resource Fair is coming! In conjunction with the Center for Disability Sports Health and Wellness! Learn about resources available to Rutgers and surrounding communities. Includes services for physical, sensory, intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event will include potential internship opportunities, the chance to learn more about the Disabilities Study Minor, and available interactive workshops!

Adaptive Sports: A Panel of Experts
10:30am to 11:30am
Join an engaging discussion with coaches and athletes who have disabilities, as they share their experiences with adaptive sports and how it has contributed to their success. Following the panel, there will be live demonstrations in the gym.
The Role of the Physical Therapist in Treating People with Disabilities
11:30am to 12:30pm
Physical therapists play a crucial role in rehabilitating individuals with disabilities. Dr. Nagle, an experienced physical therapist and Program Director of the Rutgers DPT 4+3 Progam, will offer an overview and personal perspective on the gratifying yet challenging aspects of this profession. There will be an open discussion on treating individuals with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment.
