This virtual event will take place from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm via Zoom. Students can register here: https://rutgers.joinhandshake.com/events/1071464/share_preview. Employers like Capital One, Eli Lilly, and Johnson & Johnson will be present to have discussions with small groups of students in breakout rooms on DE&I-oriented topics pertinent to students with disabilities such as disclosure, how HR is here for you, making the most out of benefits, microaggressions, toxic v. healthy behaviors in the workplace, and engaging in self-advocacy in the workplace. Students who attend the event will receive a stamp towards the #RutgersWorks Free Tuition Challenge.
