At the Real Talk: Career Symposium with Diversity Aligned Employers, students and alumni from the Black & Latinx Career Student Community will have the opportunity to discuss full-time, part-time, internship/shadowing opportunities, and more in group sessions with employers from various fields of interest. Employers in attendance will network with students to build awareness of their company and their company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

The Real Talk: Career Symposium with Diversity Aligned Employers is a collaboration of the Alpha Psi Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Inc, the United Black Council, the Paul Robeson Cultural Center, and Career Exploration and Success.
