Description of this event
Now that the Fall semester has begun, have you started to think about internships for winter break or the Spring? Are you curious about internships, but not quite sure what they are all about or where to go to find one? Never fear! The Office of Career Exploration and Success (CES) and the Office of Disability Services (ODS) are here to help you Plan Ahead! for all things internship-related-- including the Workforce Recruitment Program, a specific internship program for students and recent alumni with disabilities! This hybrid event will take place over Zoom and in person at Lucy Stone Hall in the Office of Disability Services. At this event, you will - learn what an internship is - think critically about why an internship might be a good fit for you - identify two key internship programs open to people with disabilities and to people without disabilities, their requirements, timelines for applications, and other key information that will help you to be set up for success
